Our brokers fee is the same as elsewhere: 1,5% of the purchase price.
Please keep in mind you will have to add an average of 5% to the final purchase price in order to calculate the Buyers Costs ('k.k.' in Dutch).
You have to pay 2% real estate tax on the purchase price, 1% mortgage fee, 1,5% brokers fee and the notary.
Your mortgage interest costs are fully tax deductable from Dutch income.
If you make any profit on the sale of your house you pay no taxes.
